What you'll do

• Provides daily living assistance including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Records vital signs and collects non-invasive specimens.
• Assists with resident transfers and mobility.
• Supports dining experiences and meal assistance.
• Documents resident interactions and communicates changes in condition to the charge nurse.
