Alarm System Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Monitor intrusion, fire, and life-safety alarms
• verify alarm information with clients and authorized contacts
• dispatch police, fire, or other authorities when appropriate
• document alarm activity and actions
• follow Central Station procedures
• communicate during shift transitions and escalate concerns as needed.
