What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end SaaS transformation, implementation, migration, and modernization programs
• manage concurrent cross-functional workstreams
• define roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigations
• coordinate platform onboarding, upgrades, integrations, and lifecycle management
• oversee Agile delivery, sprint, release, and deployment planning
• establish governance, executive reporting, KPIs, and dashboards
• manage vendors and implementation partners
• monitor budgets and resource allocation
• support adoption, change management, and business value realization
• ensure security, privacy, regulatory, and organizational compliance.
