Teller and Personal Banker

What you'll do

• Process teller transactions, verify and disburse cash, and accept deposits and payments
• assist with end-of-day processing and check imaging
• answer account inquiries and telephone requests
• open deposit accounts and resolve account problems
• promote bank products and services
• complete required documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
• maintain confidentiality
• verify balances and provide account information
• collaborate with the Operations Help Desk on complex inquiries.
