What you'll do

• Maintain contingent workforce data and committee dashboards
• manage agency lists, contracts, rate cards, and business reviews
• track contractor headcount, spend, and agency performance
• oversee escalations, extensions, renewals, offboarding, and conversions
• partner on workforce planning and rate negotiations
• establish manager guidance and training on co-employment boundaries
• ensure worker classification and agency compliance
• coordinate export-control clearance
• maintain policies, procedures, and audit-ready contract records.
