The role helps tailor instruction to student progress and developmental needs while building relationships with children and families and maintaining safe, engaging learning environments.

What you'll do

• Assist with observing, documenting, and assessing student progress and analyzing student data
• help develop and implement lesson plans based on student data, interests, and developmental practices
• engage families in program services and activities
• conduct family conferences and home visits
• maintain safe, clean, engaging learning environments
• comply with Bauer policies, state licensing, and Head Start standards
• attend required meetings and professional development.

Why this role

Requires current enrollment in a Child Development Associate certificate program or enrollment in or completion of an associate or bachelor’s degree program, plus a valid Indiana driver’s license. Spanish fluency is a plus.
