Charge Registered Nurse — Medical-Surgical

What you'll do

• Assign staff
• coordinate daily rounds and discharge huddles
• maintain patient placement, acuity, census, and electronic medical record entries
• support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• complete incident reports as needed
• make rounds to support safe assignments
• communicate admission and room readiness information
• participate in new care partner orientation
• support bedside shift reports and hourly rounding.
