What you'll do

• Prepare detailed, conceptual, and independent cost estimates
• develop cost breakdowns for systems and components
• support price negotiations and client presentations
• estimate construction activity durations
• collaborate with scheduling teams
• analyze specifications, drawings, contracts, and modifications
• maintain historical cost data and estimating standards
• prepare quantity takeoffs and procurement documents
• update forecasts and price databases
• produce cash-flow and contingency analyses.
