Vice President of Philanthropy

The Vice President of Philanthropy role is onsite in Edina, MN, with an annual salary range of $175,000–$210,000. The position leads fundraising and donor engagement for the Cassia Foundation and reports to Cassia’s President and CEO as a member of the senior leadership team. The role advances Cassia’s mission of fostering fullness of life for older adults by building donor relationships and leading a comprehensive fundraising program. It guides philanthropic strategy, develops the Foundation, and partners with organizational and community leaders to secure and steward support.

What you'll do

• Lead philanthropic initiatives and donor-centered practices
• develop fundraising strategy, goals, and metrics
• direct major, annual, and planned giving, campaigns, grants, partnerships, foundation support, and endowment development
• manage and steward a portfolio of donors
• lead the Cassia Foundation’s growth
• partner with executives, board members, and community leaders
• lead the philanthropy team
• manage the Foundation budget
• ensure ethical and regulatory compliance and data integrity.
