The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) – Center for Autism is an onsite role based in Stockbridge, MI. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the Hope Network Behavioral Health clinical team in delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role exists to support the clinical team in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, the BCaBA helps implement treatment programs, monitor learner progress, and support staff development to ensure effective clinical outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Support the development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress and support treatment decisions.
  • Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to Behavior Technicians implementing treatment programs.
  • Support staff training and development related to ABA principles and learner programming.
  • Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
  • Participate in parent meetings, treatment team meetings, trainings, and other clinical meetings.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, families, and other professionals to support learner outcomes.
  • Communicate learner progress and treatment recommendations to appropriate team members.
  • Complete clinical documentation, data collection, and other required documentation accurately and timely.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
  • Maintain required BCaBA certification, licensure, and training.
  • Promote a safe, positive, and supportive environment for learners, families, and team members.
