What you'll do

• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile payroll, bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reports
• prepare balance sheet reconciliations and calculations
• post adjusting journal entries
• reconcile bank accounts
• evaluate and improve accounting workflows and procedures
• coordinate month-end and year-end close
• assist with annual audits
• research, register, and comply with state and local tax requirements
• process accounts payable invoices and select invoices due for payment
• and process accounts receivable invoices, payments, and deductions.
