What you'll do

• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line telephone
• greet residents, families, guests, and vendors
• maintain visitor logs and monitor community access
• assist residents with transportation, activities, and appointment scheduling
• support administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
• order office supplies
• address resident concerns and escalate issues
• complete work-order requests.
