What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across company openings
• write and post job descriptions
• source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks
• screen resumes and conduct phone screens
• schedule interviews
• extend offers and coordinate background checks and new-hire paperwork
• partner with hiring managers
• maintain the applicant tracking system
• report recruiting metrics
• build talent pipelines
• manage recruiting vendors
• support employer branding and process improvements.
