Patient Service Representative

The schedule is three 12-hour shifts, 8 AM–8 PM, with some weekends and holidays; no overnight shifts.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients and visitors
• collect and organize patient and business documents while maintaining confidentiality
• verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• determine and collect patient financial responsibility
• support the practice manager, providers, and staff
• follow HIPAA and OSHA requirements
• perform administrative procedures and operate office medical equipment
• monitor quality assurance, CLIA-waived laboratory requirements, and patient result trackers
• travel to other Prisma Health Urgent Care locations as required.
