Leadership Development Manager

• Lead enterprise leadership development strategy.

• Partner with executive leadership to identify capability gaps.
• Design and facilitate leadership development experiences.
• Build leadership development pathways and curriculum.
• Monitor and report KPIs for development initiatives.
