What you'll do

• Lead software and technical development of connected products
• guide projects from concept through production and post-launch support
• define technical goals, milestones, and deliverables
• mentor engineers
• translate requirements into software and documentation
• develop embedded firmware and desktop/mobile applications
• support Android and iOS development and testing
• define specifications
• create test plans and validate software
• support design reviews, stage gates, and launches
• troubleshoot released products and production lines
• maintain documentation
• assess risks and readiness
• collaborate across functions
• and support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of a small number of direct reports.
