As the primary payroll resource for approximately 300 employees, the specialist manages payroll processing, grant allocations, compliance, employee support, and reporting. Accurate and timely payroll and well-maintained records support employees and the center’s financial and operational needs.

What you'll do

• Process accurate biweekly payroll for approximately 300 employees
• audit payroll changes and time records
• process adjustments, deductions, and tax withholdings
• maintain grant-funded payroll allocations and supporting documentation
• respond to employee payroll inquiries
• administer Paylocity payroll functions
• support payroll compliance and year-end activities
• reconcile payroll registers, liabilities, and benefit deductions
• prepare reports and support audits
• collaborate with Finance and Human Resources.
