Floor Maintenance Technician

The work contributes to a clean and safe care environment and includes reporting hazards and supporting facility safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
• complete work orders and projects involving painting, drywall, floor care, plumbing, electrical repairs, ceiling tiles, and windows
• maintain exterior areas and assist with snow removal and salting
• transport trash, soiled linens, and materials
• inspect and maintain facility equipment and systems
• conduct fire drills and safety inspections
• report maintenance concerns and hazards
• assist with facility security and quality improvement
• provide transportation if assigned.
