The Equipment Operator role is onsite in Vandalia, OH, with stated pay of $19–$23 per hour. The position supports 1 Click Logistics’ warehouse operations and order fulfillment. The operator safely moves, receives, stores, and tracks goods using warehouse equipment. Accurate handling and inventory updates help the logistics team fulfill orders on time and maintain organized warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other required machinery
• complete pre-operation checks
• load, unload, transport, and organize materials
• verify order details and update inventory using scanners
• inspect incoming shipments and record discrepancies
• report equipment or inventory issues
• maintain warehouse cleanliness and equipment records
• follow safety procedures and assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
