What you'll do

• Develop and maintain grower relationships
• identify prospects and generate business through networking, referrals, industry relationships, and outreach
• understand growers’ operations and needs
• manage sales from introduction through close and ongoing account support
• coordinate customer implementation with internal teams
• maintain CRM records and territory plans
• assist with budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning
• and travel regularly throughout California’s Central Valley.
