What you'll do

• Process payroll using platforms such as ADP and Paychex
• maintain employee payroll information
• apply tax, benefit, retirement, and other deductions
• process retirement-plan and HSA payments
• prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and Form 941
• track PTO and payroll changes
• research and resolve errors
• answer client questions
• assist with new-hire payroll setup
• manage multiple client responsibilities.
