What you'll do

• Co-teach and provide targeted support across content areas
• teach one daily intervention class
• supervise daily school duties
• follow the Operations team’s weekly schedule and adapt to coverage needs
• execute lesson plans when covering for absent teachers
• maintain a structured learning environment
• organize assignments and communicate with lead teachers
• advise a small group of students
• communicate with families
• participate in professional development and reflective practice.

Why this role

Full-time, benefits-eligible position with Monday–Friday hours of 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. A bachelor’s degree is required. Massachusetts teaching certification or licensure, or passing the specified MTEL tests by the end of the first year, is required; an SEI endorsement is also required or must be completed by the end of the first year.
