What you'll do

• Learn and perform store operations
• handle sales, collections, and service on a route
• lead by example in sales and customer service
• manage customer accounts and collections
• train and motivate team members
• maintain showroom displays
• assemble merchandise
• clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise
• monitor inventory and merchandise flow
• assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations when needed
• work toward managing a store location.

Why this role

Sales experience and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record are required; a Class D chauffeur’s license is also required. Retail management and collections or account management experience are preferred; rent-to-own experience is a plus.
