Through phone, email, and chat support, the role contributes to reliable customer experiences and the team’s monthly performance targets.

What you'll do

• Respond to customers and clients by phone, email, and chat
• explain website features
• assist with classified ad placement
• troubleshoot and escalate technical issues
• review self-service submissions
• manage high volumes of inquiries
• use internal systems and tools
• support publication accuracy and deadlines
• contribute to monthly team performance targets.
