What you'll do
- Own yield reporting, Pareto analysis, root-cause investigation, and corrective-action closure
- lead transition from pilot builds to volume manufacturing
- support contract manufacturers and production ramps
- analyze optical, electrical, thermal, mechanical, and test data
- apply structured problem-solving methods
- improve production test coverage and analysis
- coordinate engineering and supplier improvements
- maintain manufacturing documentation and process controls
- reduce scrap, rework, cycle time, and production escapes
- participate in production-related escalations.
