Business Development Specialist — Hybrid

The Business Development Specialist role is hybrid, based out of Logan Simpson offices in Arizona, Colorado, or Utah. Compensation is $60,000–$100,000 per year. Logan Simpson provides environmental planning, cultural resource management, community planning, and landscape architecture services, with a mission to guide responsible change. This research- and systems-focused role identifies, qualifies, and organizes market intelligence and opportunities for service line leaders. It supports strategic business development through research, pursuit planning, relationship coordination, CRM tracking, branding and communications, and proposal support.

What you'll do

• Conduct market research, track opportunities, and support pursuit planning aligned with the firm’s strategic plan
• coordinate client and teaming-partner communications, meetings, and follow-up
• track activities and outcomes in CRM or pursuit systems
• work with service line leaders on business development needs
• contribute to branding and communications
• support the Marketing Team with proposals.
