What you'll do

• Provide and oversee resident nursing care
• lead and supervise nursing personnel
• conduct resident rounds and assess and document resident status
• coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and readmissions
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care partners
• schedule assignments and staffing responsibilities
• coach and evaluate staff
• support orientation and continuing education
• contribute to care plans, MDS and RAI processes, and required meetings
• monitor laboratory orders and results
• provide direct care as needed
• maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• support surveys and quality improvement.
