What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and welding systems
• perform routine and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, including control systems
• assemble, disassemble, clean, lubricate, and replace machine parts
• weld and repair structures, machinery, tanks, valves, and sheet metal
• interpret blueprints and schematics
• follow OSHA and safety standards
• maintain tool and parts inventory
• communicate repairs beyond scope to supervisors.
