What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide courteous assistance
• explain menu offerings and the line ordering system
• handle payments accurately
• process takeout orders
• assist at the Buffet by the Pound station and buffet or server areas as directed
• maintain cash drawer records and communicate cash levels
• keep the host/cashier station and smallwares clean
• follow health department requirements and service procedures.
