The Quality Control Lead Scientist (Analytical) role is onsite in Round Rock, TX, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports analytical quality control testing and laboratory compliance for a client of The Fountain Group.

What you'll do

• Perform analytical testing of finished products, raw materials, custom projects, and in-process samples. Lead technical investigations and out-of-specification investigations
• develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods. Conduct instrument qualification, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• prepare reports and controlled laboratory documentation
• maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• and provide technical guidance and training to QC analysts.
