The Security Officer, Part-Time Dispatch Operations role is onsite in Monaca, PA, at a chemical and petrochemical location. Pay is $18.70 per hour. The role supports Allied Universal’s security and facility services for clients and communities. The dispatcher coordinates communications and security-related responses, monitors alarms and radio traffic, and documents activity. The position also supports access control and, when directed, patrols assigned areas to help maintain site safety and respond to incidents.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific access-control and emergency procedures
• monitor dispatch communications, alarms, radio traffic, and calls
• document, prioritize, and route requests for assistance
• coordinate dispatch of security personnel, medical response resources, and site support
• maintain logs, incident reports, shift records, and communications documentation
• conduct patrols when directed and report hazards, unauthorized activity, or maintenance concerns.
