What you'll do

• Keep technicians on task and motivated
• assist warranty administrators and advisors with repair-order closeout
• monitor daily uptime alerts and hours goals
• make simple vehicle repairs
• oversee factors affecting first-time repair quality, no-problem-found cases, and comebacks
• quality-check or road-test specified repairs
• coordinate incoming, in-progress, and outgoing work
• assign work based on technician skill and vehicle priority
• maintain dispatch schedules and assignment logs
• update management on shop status and carryovers
• provide repair cost and time estimates for used-car managers
• coordinate internal technician workflow.
