What you'll do

• Build and lead the land use and zoning practice, including strategy, service offering, staffing, and growth
• represent developers, property owners, and institutional clients through entitlement processes
• advocate before municipal and county boards and at administrative hearings
• draft and negotiate development agreements and related instruments
• advise on land development regulations, concurrency, vested rights, impact fees, environmental, permitting, and regulatory matters
• handle land use disputes and appeals
• work with the Managing Partner on business development and public positioning
• supervise paralegals and attorneys as the group grows.
