What you'll do

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects
• interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• install framing, cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, drywall, siding, insulation, flooring, and finish materials
• identify construction challenges and communicate solutions
• coordinate with project managers, designers, trade partners, and carpenters
• maintain safe, clean, professional jobsites
• protect homeowners’ property
• meet company quality standards and applicable building codes
• support less experienced carpenters.
