What you'll do

• Audit guest accounts and verify charges and payments
• balance revenue records across hotel departments
• maintain cash and payment records
• check in late-arriving guests and respond to inquiries
• prepare night-shift financial reports
• reconcile guest charges and post daily revenue
• complete end-of-day accounting and cash deposits
• check room rates and make adjustments when needed
• update guest profiles and loyalty memberships
• coordinate with other departments
• respond to emergencies and security concerns
• process guest checkouts and payments
• coordinate room-status updates with housekeeping.
