What you'll do

• Conduct skilled nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other ordered treatments
• monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
• educate patients and families
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• and document clinical notes and records in accordance with regulatory standards.
