What you'll do

• Supervise a team of 15–50+ employees
• maintain attendance and performance records
• check attraction operations for safety and efficiency
• train and communicate with shift and front desk leads
• plan daily operations
• implement team performance, safety, and customer service strategies
• oversee scheduling, inventory, and supplies
• serve as contact for special projects, holiday operations, and emergencies.
