Litigation & Recovery Manager

Job overview

The Litigation & Recovery Manager role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, with pay of $120,000 to $140,000 per year. PEAC Solutions provides equipment financing, working capital, and inventory lending to businesses. The manager leads litigation and recovery work for distressed and defaulted equipment finance transactions, developing practical strategies to protect company assets and maximize recoveries while coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel.

What you'll do

• Manage litigation, recovery, bankruptcy, repossession, deficiency, enforcement, and fraud matters
• develop recovery strategies
• determine when to negotiate, restructure, litigate, settle, or recommend write-off
• coordinate legal actions and outside counsel
• manage repossession and equipment disposition
• lead a team of approximately six to eight employees
• track exposure, matter status, legal spend, and recovery measures
• report trends and risks
• improve recovery processes.
