The Customer Success Manager – Enterprise API Implementations role is hybrid in Denver, CO. Compensation is stated as OTE up to $125,000. The role guides enterprise customers from kickoff through technical integration, launch, and ongoing platform adoption. It coordinates with internal technical teams to resolve deployment issues, track customer outcomes, and identify risks and opportunities for continued value.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise implementation from kickoff through architecture planning, platform launch, and value realization
• advise accounts on API management and AI security deployments
• coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Support, and Product
• create success plans and adoption milestones
• monitor account health and technical risks
• relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering
• lead quarterly business reviews.
