Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role located in Gonzales, CA. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person per year. Milton Hershey School is a renowned institution dedicated to providing a cost-free, career-focused education to disadvantaged students. This role is responsible for creating a structured, family-like environment for approximately 8-13 students in an on-campus home, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.
What you'll do
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental/recreational activities
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
What we're looking for
- Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Experience working or volunteering with youth.
