What you'll do

• Support multiple project managers with project procedures, coordination, planning, and paperwork
• prepare subcontracts, track changes, maintain files, issue change orders, and monitor status
• enter job requisitions and labor reporting data and assign job numbers
• assist with permit applications and inspection requests
• coordinate shop drawings, samples, cut sheets, RFIs, manuals, as-builts, panel directories, wire labels, and drawings
• coordinate billing timesheets and obtain information from project managers and customers
• reconcile extra-work authorizations with project change orders.
