What you'll do

• Establish, develop, and retain member relationships
• communicate with prospective and current members
• work across teller and platform functions
• identify needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services
• perform senior teller, operational, and account-management transactions
• balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
• open deposit accounts, resolve issues, maintain accounts, and update member information
• assist with safe-deposit access where applicable.
