What you'll do
- Lead maintenance team members
- perform unit turns and work orders
- coordinate with leasing staff and managers
- conduct monthly safety meetings and manage OSHA/SDS reporting
- schedule preventive maintenance
- maintain grounds and property appearance
- manage vendors and supplies
- control work within budget
- and provide resident service.
