Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Conduct pre-construction meetings and customer walk-throughs
• provide daily project updates
• schedule subcontractors and suppliers
• document project activity
• ensure work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope
• inspect sites and maintain quality standards
• coordinate local inspections
• validate schedules and progress
• resolve punch-list items
• and obtain customer completion and satisfaction documents. Develop scopes and estimates using Xactimate or other construction software.
