The 1:1 Individual Student Aide Paraprofessional role is onsite in Nokomis, IL, with compensation of $17.97–$27.06 per hour. The schedule is 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, following a school calendar. The role supports students at The Menta Education Group's Nokomis/Cornerstone Academy and ChrisMont program. Working under licensed professional staff, the aide provides individualized academic, functional, behavioral, and safety support while also assisting the classroom and school community. The role helps maintain consistent academic and therapeutic programming and supports students' educational progress.

What you'll do

• Monitor the assigned student for academic, functional, behavioral, or safety concerns identified in the IEP under licensed professional supervision. Prepare and adapt classroom materials
• maintain classroom materials
• inform clinical staff of social, emotional, or behavioral concerns
• implement behavior program policies and data
• coordinate with administration and staff
• maintain student confidentiality
• attend requested meetings and training
• and report unusual incidents or safety concerns.
