What you'll do

• Own family law cases from intake through disposition
• counsel clients and set expectations about risk, cost, and timelines
• draft and finalize pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and pretrial briefs
• delegate work to paralegals and review it
• maintain organized electronic files
• appear in court prepared
• manage discovery, motions, depositions, mediation, hearings, and trial.
