What you'll do

• Manage and evaluate Deaf Unity programs and interpreter coordination
• hire, supervise, train, and evaluate staff
• coordinate service levels and review client documentation
• provide staff and client training in American Sign Language as required
• develop program guidelines and materials
• monitor residential placements and service quality
• provide crisis intervention and assistance as necessary
• conduct staff meetings
• assess quality assurance data
• monitor budgets and billing
• coordinate with agencies and internal departments
• monitor reporting requirements.

Why this role
