What you'll do

• Provide strategic QA oversight for clinical development programs, including quality strategy, risk management, issue escalation, and executive communication
• represent QA on CMC and interdisciplinary product development teams
• establish risk-based quality positions and recommendations
• identify and mitigate quality and supply risks across the product lifecycle
• lead QA oversight for integrations, collaborations, acquisitions, and third-party onboarding
• oversee due diligence quality assessments
• establish and maintain quality agreements
• lead cross-functional process improvements
• oversee investigations, deviations, exception reports, and product quality actions
• support inspection and audit readiness and represent Quality in regulatory and partner interactions.
