Order Entry Specialist

What you'll do

• Review customer purchase orders and hand-off information
• enter sales orders and purchase orders or material transfers
• prepare and distribute shipment paperwork
• communicate with suppliers about delivery dates
• send order acknowledgements and updates to customers
• process new customer, address, and vendor requests
• update orders
• follow up on customer inquiries
• engage resources to resolve fulfillment issues
• follow established product availability and production determination processes.
