Wellness Associate — Degree Wellness Lutz

What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• explain cryotherapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, IV therapy, nutrient shots, and other services
• recommend services and memberships
• convert first-time guests through consultative sales
• identify upgrade and additional-service opportunities
• answer calls and help convert inquiries into appointments
• manage scheduling, client accounts, and point-of-sale transactions
• follow up with guests and members
• reset rooms, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
